I Am Back!

Wow, it has been a long time since I have posted! And a lot has changed since last year. This year I am a cheerleader, I have new friends, and I like a lot of new things, also we went on an amazing cruise this April and I got some lovely pictures with the maintenance staff. Finally summer is here and I am SO excited about it! I have cheer practice all summer, cheer camp up at the U, I am going to Lake Powell and St. George with a couple of friends, trek, cheering in the 24th of July parade, and the most exciting of all...going to Coeur d'Alene for a week! I will definately try to keep posting, but it's going to be a busy summer!

This is my dog Ginger, she is a Jack Russel Terrier. Despite what you might think from this picture, Ginger is not a very calm dog... but I still love her anyways! These are the many different sides of her...

Fashionable Ginger....
Silly Ginger....

And last but definitely not least Happy Birthday Ginger....

Saturday trip to the "V"

Last Saturday my family didn't have much going on, so my mom took David down to Applebees for lunch, and the rest of us got in the car and drove up to Cheese Park. Then we decided to take the trails and hike up to the "V", and at first we were going to just take all of the different trails all the way up there. But after a long time we decided to stop using the trails because they were taking way too long. So then we just started hiking straight up the mountain. It was hard work, and we did a lot of guessing on the different ways to get up there. After a while we found an old wall that we sat on and got some pictures. When we finally got there, there was a small canyon separating us and the V. So we didn't want to climb down it because it was too steep, so we went around it. When we finally got to the V my dad told us that there was a cave so with some difficulty we climbed up and around the V to the cave and got some pictures. At the end of our adventures we found some frozen puddles and played on those for a while. It was the perfect way to spend a boring Saturday!

This was the cave....

This was the small canyon it's a lot steeper than it looks....
This is us on the puddles....
This is us right below the V on these cool benches we found....

Idaho trip 2008

This is a picture of me, and my family up in Idaho. My aunt has a lake house up there on Twin Lakes. Each summer we go up there for a week or so, and there are so many great things to do! I like to go tubing, ride on the boat, do the kayaks, go for walks, play like we know how to surf (of course we don't!), do fireworks, paddle over to the lily pads and pick flowers, shop, and do the rope swing. But those are just the tip of the iceberg. There are way more things than just those! I am already looking forward to going up there again, and it's just January!
